AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting March 18, 2024, as the date of
public hearing on the vacation of a public electric easement [Spring Crest
Townhomes Plat 2]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: An electric easement was recorded as part of Spring Crest
Townhomes Plat 2. Since the original final plat, the layout of the development
has changed, and the easement is no longer necessary.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of setting the public
hearing date for March 18, 2024, to discuss the vacation of the existing
easement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
