RESOLUTION 2024-045
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
WHKS & CO [U PLACE CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City desires to retain the consultant services of WHKS & Co. for the U Place
Culvert Replacement Project; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services involves performing preliminary and final design for a culvert
replacement on U Place over an unnamed creek to support the widening of the road and a new
residential development to the east; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between WHKS & Co. and the City of Waukee,
Iowa [U Place Culvert Replacement Project] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 5`" day of February,
2024.
