RESOLUTION 2024-054
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[FERREE'S ADDITION PLAT 31
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Stanbrough Realty has completed the public improvements associated with
Ferree's Addition Plat 3; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Ferree's Addition Plat 3 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5 h day of February, 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Ferree's Addition Plat 3.
