RESOLUTION 2024-056
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[HAMILTON RIDGE PLAT 51
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Landmark Development Services, Inc. has completed the public
improvements associated with Hamilton Ridge Plat 5; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Hamilton Ridge Plat 5 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5t' day of February, 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Hamilton Ridge Plat 5.
