AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 4 to WRH, Inc. for the
Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation project increasing the contract amount
by $9,859.49.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 4 is for the repair of leaking joints
in the existing wet well manhole walls and for the replacement of a buried and corroded discharge
pipe fitting.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $9,859.49.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
