STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City of Waukee staff has reviewed the public improvements
for Autumn Valley Plat 2 and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications for the
City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[AUTUMN VALLEY PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc. has completed the public
improvements associated with Autumn Valley Plat 2; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Autumn Valley Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of March 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Autumn Valley Plat 2.
