RESOLUTION 2024-092
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR JAMES POINTE PLAT 4
(230 NW 17TH STREET)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for James Pointe Plat 4, subject to remaining staff comments on December 12,
2023; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for James Pointe Plat 4 is in general conformance with § 160 - Site
and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for James Pointe Plat 4 is in general conformance with § 161 -
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o Waukee, Iowa on
this 20'' day of February, 2024 that the Site Plan for James Pointe Plat 4 ' proved.
