AGENDA ITEM: Public hearing on the vacation of a public pedestrian way easement [Corene
Acres Plat 11]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Corene Acres Plat 11 was approved and filed in 1989.
Included within the plat was a pedestrian way easement to allow access to
Songbird Park which is to the west of the plat. Subsequent easements have
been obtained from property owners to allow pedestrian access into the park,
making the existing easement shown on the plat no long necessary.
