FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Spring Crest Townhomes Plat 2 was filed in 2022 and the
property has subsequently been replatted to Spring Crest Townhomes Plat 3.
There are no existing electrical facilities within the easements. The existing
electrical easement is no longer necessary due to the replat of the property.
