RESOLUTION 2024-
APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC ELECTRICAL EASEMENT [SPRING
CREST TOWNHOMES PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City has previously approved a Public Electrical Easement which exists by
virtue of the plat, Spring Crest Townhomes Plat 2, filed on October 24, 2022, and recorded in
Book 2022, Page 22355, (the “Easements”); AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Easement as described on attached Exhibit A is no
longer needed; AND,
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that the Easement as described in attached
Exhibit A be vacated.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
18th day of March 2024, that it hereby approves the vacation of the Public Electrical Easement.

TOWNHOMES PLAT 3, AN OFFICIAL PLAT, THENCE NORTH 89°18’24” WEST ALONG
THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID OUTLOT “X”, 10.00 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY
ALONG A CURVE CONCAVE SOUTHEASTERLY WHOSE RADIUS IS 970.00 FEET,
