Proposed Resolution PREPARED BY: Andy Kass, Community Development Director REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: H3 THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 2024- APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC ELECTRICAL EASEMENT [SPRING CREST TOWNHOMES PLAT 2] IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, the City has previously approved a Public Electrical Easement which exists by virtue of the plat, Spring Crest Townhomes Plat 2, filed on October 24, 2022, and recorded in Book 2022, Page 22355, (the “Easements”); AND, WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Easement as described on attached Exhibit A is no longer needed; AND, WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that the Easement as described in attached Exhibit A be vacated.
