AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of 12-month Class C Retail Alcohol License
with Outdoor Service privilege to HICKMAN SPORTS, LLC, d/b/a
Merll’s Pub & Patio [788 W. Hickman Road], pending proof of dram
insurance and Community Development Department approval

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police and Fire Departments have reviewed the
application and find no reason to deny the permit at this time, pending
proof of dram insurance and Community Development Department
approval. The Community Development Department anticipates giving
their approval nearer the dates of construction completion and issuance
of a certificate of occupancy.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application, proof of dram insurance and Community
Development Department approval.
