Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation project increasing the contract amount
by $1,435.14.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 5 is for adding a swing fence gate
on the west side of the lift station.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $1,435.14.
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
