STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City of Waukee staff has reviewed the public improvements
for Springcrest Townhomes Plat 2 and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications
for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[SPRINGCREST TOWNHOMES PLAT 2 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Springcrest Townhomes Waukee 2, LLC has completed the public
improvements associated with Springcrest Townhomes Plat 2; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Springcrest Townhomes Plat 2 Public Improvements and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1st day of April 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Springcrest Townhomes Plat 2.
