RESOLUTION 2024-
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE NW
10TH STREET - CRACK & SEAT NW DOUGLAS PARKWAY
TO 260TH STREET
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of March, 2024, plans, specifications, form of contract and
estimate of cost were filed with the Clerk for the construction of certain public improvements
described in general as the NW 10th Street - Crack & Seat NW Douglas Parkway to 260th Street;
and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of
cost for the public improvements was published as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE, STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1.That the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost are hereby
approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the public
improvements, as described in the preamble of this Resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 15th day of April, 2024.
