RESOLUTION 2024-140
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
FOR INTERNET SERVICE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee requires internet service for city operations; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee wishes to enter into a contract with Consolidated
Communications Inc., for dedicated internet services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the
Agreement between the City of Waukee, Iowa, and Consolidated Communications, Inc. is
hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 1 st day of
April, 2024.
