SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Pay Estimate No. 4 for the Waukee Public Safety
Building project covers engineering/design associated with the precast, deposits for ballistic
windows and engineering/design related to the plumbing and mechanical systems.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment Estimate No. 4 is
in the amount of $85,840.10.
