RESOLUTION 2024-153
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2025-2029
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has submitted a recommended Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2025 through 2029; AND,
WHEREAS, Code of Iowa §384.15(3) requires a public hearing on the recommended Capital
Improvement Program prior to adoption; AND,
WHEREAS, on April 1, 2024, the Waukee City Council set the public hearing for April 15,
2024, at 5:30 p.m. to consider the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for fiscal years
2025 through 2029, and public notice of such hearing was published as provided by law; AND,
WHEREAS, members of the public interested in the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
for fiscal years 2025 through 2029 have been given the opportunity to present to the City Council
on the matter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
15t' day of April, 2024, that the City of Waukee Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for fiscal
years 2025 through 2029 is hereby approved and adopted.
