The improvements include water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and public street extensions. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff has worked with the applicant and their engineer and all comments have been addressed. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution. ATTACHMENTS: I. Proposed Resolution II. Project Location Map PREPARED BY: Melissa DeBoer, Planning Coordinator REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: I1I1 THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 2024- APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR PARKSIDE PLAT 1 IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Parkside Plat 1; AND, WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff, and are found to be in general conformance with section §177 – Subdivision Regulations – Design Standards of the Waukee Municipal Code.
