SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Grimes Asphalt and Paving Corporation requested
Payment Estimate No. 3 for the work completed on the 2023 Asphalt Overlay Improvements
Project in the amount of $1,810.22. McClure Engineering Company has reviewed the payment
estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period September 9, 2023 to March 26, 2024. This pay
estimate is for sod.

Dear Rudy,
Please find the attached Pay Request #3 for the 2023 Asphalt Overlay Improvements. The pay request includes
the following quantities:

We have reviewed the quantities provided by Contractor and City staff and they are consistent with the design. If
City staff concurs with this payment, we recommend the City of Waukee approve this pay request in the amount
of $1,810.22 payable to Grimes Asphalt and Paving Corporation of Des Moines, IA.
