RESOLUTION 2024-189
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[ALDER POINT PLAT 11
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, HRC Alder Point, LLC has completed the public improvements associated
with Alder Point Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the Alder
Point Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are
in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6t' day of May 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Alder Point Plat 1.
