AGENDA ITEM:On the authorization of a Lease Agreement payable from the General
Fund, in the amount of not to exceed $90,000 [postage equipment]
FORMAT:Public Hearing
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The City routinely enters into a 5 year lease
agreement with Pitney Bowes for postage meter and mailing inserter
equipment. The prior 5 year agreement ends June 2024. This is the
replacement equipment and new lease for the next 5 years.
