THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
APPROVING FY 2024 BUDGET AMENDMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is required to file an annual budget amendment, if
necessary, no later than May 31st of each fiscal year; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee’s proposed budget amendment for FY24 was published
in the Dallas County News on May 9th, 2024; AND,
WHEREAS, Finance Director Linda Burkhart has reviewed the budget for FY24, and
proposed total revenue increases of $10,388,256 and increased expenditures in the
amount of $14,260,754.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of May, 2024 that it hereby approves amending the FY2024 budget
as published.
