Flowage Easement (Maple Grove Place, LLC)

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Maple Grove Place, LLC, has granted an overland
flowage easement. The purpose of the easement is to allow for overland
flowage of surface water between the existing platted lots.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
APPROVING PUBLIC OVERLAND FLOWAGE EASEMENT (MAPLE GROVE
PLACE, LLC)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Maple Grove Place, LLC, are
necessary for a public overland flowage easement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Overland Flowage Easement from Maple Grove Place, LLC is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 20th day of May,
2024.
