AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 6 to WRH, Inc. for the
Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation project increasing the contract amount
by $1,755.93.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 6 is for adding barb wire to the top
of the fence surrounding the lift station for added security.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $1,755.93.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
