the Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation Project, in the amount of

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: WRH, Inc. requested Payment Estimate No. 19 for
the work completed on the Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation Project, in the amount of
$139,349.93. Veenstra & Kimm has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period April 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024. This pay estimate is for
general conditions, sitework and dewatering, concrete work, new storage building, and electrical
and HVAC work.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $139,349.93
