SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Rognes Corporation requested Payment Estimate No.
12 for the work completed on the West Area Trunk Sewer Extension – Phase 2 project, in the
amount of $43,857.47. Veenstra & Kimm has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends
payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period March 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024. This payment
estimate is for tree and shrub plantings.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $43,857.47
