STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City of Waukee staff has reviewed the public improvements
for Ashworth Nort Plat 3 – Regional Detention Pond and find it in general conformance with the
standard specifications for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[ASHWORTH NORT PLAT 3 – REGIONAL DETENTION POND]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, AP North, LC has completed the public improvements associated with
Ashworth Nort Plat 3 – Regional Detention Pond; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the public improvements constructed as part of the
Ashworth Nort Plat 3 – Regional Detention Pond and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of May, 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Ashworth Nort Plat 3 – Regional Detention Pond.
