COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire and Community Development Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time, pending proof of dram insurance and City Council approval of
the temporary use permit.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application, pending proof of dram insurance and
temporary use permit approval.
