RESOLUTION 2024-206
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH SHIVE-HATTERY, INC.
[DOWNTOWN SIGNAGE PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on May 15, 2023, the City of Waukee retained the consulting services of Shive-
Hattery, Inc. for a downtown signage masterplan and street concepts (Resolution #2023-206);
AND,
WHEREAS, the amended agreement for professional services expands the original scope of
work to include first phase implementation of wayfinding signage and monument signs and
limited phase construction services of monument signs;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that
Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Shive-
Hattery, Inc and the City of Waukee is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 20t' day of May 2024.
