RESOLUTION 2024-209
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[ASHWORTH NORT PLAT 3 — REGIONAL DETENTION POND]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, AP North, LC has completed the public improvements associated with
Ashworth Nort Plat 3 — Regional Detention Pond; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the public improvements constructed as part of the
Ashworth Nort Plat 3 — Regional Detention Pond and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of May, 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Ashworth Nort Plat 3 — Regional Detention Pond.
