RESOLUTION 2024-217
APPROVING THE REVISED SITE PLAN FOR CENTRAL PLAZA II
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Revised Site Plan for Central Plaza II, subject to remaining staff comments on May 14, 2024;
AND,
WHEREAS, the Revised Site Plan for Central Plaza II is in general conformance with §160 —
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Revised Site Plan for Central Plaza II is in general conformance with § 161 —
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 20t' day of May, 2024, that the Revised Site Plan for Central Plaza II is approved subject to
remaining staff comments.
