AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 3 to S.J. Louis
Construction, Inc. for the Northeast Outfall Sewer project increasing the
contract amount by $13,480.00.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 3 is for bridge barrier rail repair
on NW 156th Street in Urbandale. 50% ($6,740) of this change order cost will be reimbursed by
the City of Urbandale to Waukee.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $13,480.00.
