SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Synergy Contracting, LLC requested Payment
Estimate No. 3 for the work completed on the Bluestem Trunk Sewer – Phase 2 project in the
amount of $151,004.40. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and
recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period May 1, 2024 to May 31, 2024. This pay estimate is for
clearing and grubbing.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $151,004.40
