AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 9 to Elder Corporation for
the Stratford Crossing Park Project in the amount of $3,705.00.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 9 to Elder Corporation is for
payment of change order #5 that was approved on May 10th and SWPPP
maintenance. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and
agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape
Architects.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

Please find enclosed Construction Pay Voucher No. 9 in the amount of
$3,705.00 for the above-referenced project. The work completed to
date has been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, as well
as the City of Waukee Public Works.
Genus recommends that the City of Waukee approve Construction
