AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 10 to Elder Corporation
for the Stratford Crossing Park Project in the amount of $15,912.50.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 10 to Elder Corporation is for
payment of change order #6 that was approved on June 17th. Reminder
Change Order #6 was replacement of a portion of trail that was holding water.
It was determined by the design team that it was incorrectly designed and that
the city would be reimbursed for all of the work completed in Pay Estimate
No. 10. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed
upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape
Architects.

Please find enclosed Construction Pay Voucher No. 10 in the amount
of $15,912.50 for the above-referenced project. The work completed
to date has been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, as
well as the City of Waukee Public Works.
Genus recommends that the City of Waukee approve Construction
Pay Voucher No. 10 for Elder Corporation. Don’t hesitate to reach out
