STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City of Waukee staff has reviewed the public improvements
for Kettlestone Central – North, SE Glacier Trail Public Improvements and find it in general
conformance with the standard specifications for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 2024-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[KETTLESTONE CENTRAL – NORTH, SE GLACIER TRAIL PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Jensen Group has completed the public improvements associated with
Kettlestone Central – North, SE Glacier Trail Public Improvements; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Kettlestone Central – North, SE Glacier Trail Public Improvements and confirm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1st day of July, 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Kettlestone Central – North, SE Glacier Trail Public Improvements.
