drawings for Autumn Valley West Plat 1

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The plan set includes improvements associated with Autumn Valley West Plat 1. The
improvements include water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and public street extensions.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff is working with the developer’s engineer to
address all remaining comments.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution subject to remaining
staff comments.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
AUTUMN VALLEY WEST PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Autumn Valley West
Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §177 – Subdivision Regulations –
Design Standards of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 1st day of July, 2024, that the Construction Drawings for Autumn Valley West Plat 1 be
approved subject to remaining comments.
