RESOLUTION 2024-248
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH GENUS LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS [PAINTED
WOODS + SPRING CREST NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS PROJECTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on January 15, 2024, the Waukee City Council approved a Professional Consulting
Services with Genus Landscape Architects [Painted Woods + Spring Crest Neighborhood Parks
Projects, Concept Development] (Resolution #2024-029); AND,
WHEREAS, the City and Consultant agree to amend the original agreement to address design
development, construction documents, bid phase and construction phase services for both parks;
AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that
Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Genus Landscape
Architects [Painted Woods + Spring Crest Neighborhood Parks Projects] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 17'' day of June,
2024.
