RESOLUTION 2024-263
APPROVAL OF AMENDING CERTAIN ADDRESS FOR LOT 1 OF WILLIAMS
POINTE COMMERCIAL PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee approved the final plat for Williams Pointe Commercial
Plat 1 on November 7, 2022, and recorded said final plat with the Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested an address change due to location of the site's
driveway and access points to the site; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa
in session this 17th day of June, 2024, that the local address of 950 SE Brick Drive be
amended to 945 SE Alice's Road. A copy of this resolution shall be fled of record with the
Recorders Office of Dallas County, Iowa.
