RESOLUTION 2024-271
APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT REQUEST AT 200 SE LAUREL
STREET [BELLINO FIREWORKS, INC.]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Bellino Fireworks, Inc. has signed a lease with Fareway on property located at
200 SE Laurel Street; AND,
WHEREAS, Bellino Fireworks, Inc. is requesting approval of a temporary use permit for the
sale of fireworks from June 21, 2024 through July 5, 2024.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 17`" day of June, 2024, that it hereby approves the temporary use permit for 200 SE
Laurel Street for June 21 — July 5, 2024.
