SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Pay Estimate No. 7 for the Waukee Public Safety
Building project covers general construction, concrete and building precast, mechanical and
plumbing, electrical as well as several other smaller items associated with the project.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment Estimate No. 7 is
in the amount of $1,479,678.72.
