SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: S.J. Louis Construction, Inc. requested Payment
Estimate No. 16 for the work completed on the Northeast Outfall Sewer project, in the amount of
$23,192.83. Veenstra & Kimm has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024. This payment estimate is
for seeding.
