AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting August 19, 2024, as the date of
public hearing on an Ordinance to amend Chapter 160, Site and Building
Development Standards, by amending Section 160.07, Site and Building
Design Standards
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The proposed amendment is necessary to bring the current
code into compliance with HF 2388 which became effective on July 1, 2024.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of the motion to set the
public hearing for August 19, 2024, to further discuss the proposed ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
