AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting August 19, 2024, as the date of
public hearing on the vacation of a monument sign easement [Painted Woods
West Plat 1]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: A monument sign easement was recorded as part of
Painted Woods West Plat 1. The easement is not intended to be utilized for a
public purpose nor any owner’s association signage.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of setting the public
hearing date for August 19, 2024, to discuss the vacation of the existing
easement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
