RESOLUTION 2024-302
APPROVING STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FACILITY MAINTENANCE
COVENANT AND PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT (WAUKEE
PARTNERSHIP, LLC)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Waukee Partnership, LLC, are
necessary for a storm water management facility.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent Easement
Agreement from Waukee Partnership, LLC is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this e 15`h day of July,
2024.
