STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City of Waukee staff has reviewed the public improvements
for Fox Creek Meadows Plat 1 and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications for
the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2024-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[FOX CREEK MEADOWS PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Element 119 has completed the public improvements associated with Fox
Creek Meadows Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the public improvements constructed as part of the
Fox Creek Meadows Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of August 2024, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Fox Creek Meadows Plat 1.
