SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 7 includes quantity adjustments to
account for field adjustments and measurements and damages per contract and recent
correspondence.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order decreases the contract price in the amount of $114,831.39.

UTE AVENUE AND ASHWORTH ROAD INTERSECTION PROJECT
Dear Rudy:
Enclosed is change order 07 for the Ute Avenue and Ashworth Road Intersection project. This
change order includes quantity adjustments to account for field adjustments and measurements
and damages per contract and recent correspondence. These adjustments result in a net decrease
in the contract amount.
We recommend approval of change order 07 in the amount of -$114,831.39 to the prime
contractor, Concrete Technologies, Inc. of Grimes, Iowa. Substantial completion date remains
unchanged with this change order. Please place this change order on the next available city
council meeting agenda for approval.
