RESOLUTION 2024-319
APPROVING STRUCTURAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ISG [410 6TH STREET/VETERANS' HALL]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee City staff solicited proposals for structural and environmental
investigations at the Veterans' Hall building located at 410 6th Street in order to assess the
condition of the building; AND,
WHEREAS, City staff recommend approval of a proposal from ISG to provide a
detailed report describing the structural analysis and environmental study, including cost
estimates to remediate any deficiencies discovered;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council on this
5th day of August, 2024, that the Structural and Environmental Assessment Services
Agreement with ISG [410 6 h Street/Veterans' Hall] is hereby approved.
