RESOLUTION 2024-339
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR OLIVE GARDEN
(420 SE ALICE'S ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Olive Garden, as submitted by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., subject to
remaining staff comments on July 23, 2024; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Olive Garden is in general conformance with § 160 — Site and
Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
WHEREAS, the Site Plan for Olive Garden is in general conformance with § 161 — Landscaping
and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 5 h day of August, 2024 that the Site Plan for Olive Garden is approved subject to remaining
staff comments.
