RESOLUTION 2024-342
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT,
LLC [T AVENUE CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS, W HICKMAN ROAD TO NW
DOUGLAS PARKWAY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on April 18, 2022, the City retained the services of Foth Infrastructure and
Environment, LLC for the T Avenue Corridor Improvements, W Hickman Road to NW Douglas
Parkway (RES 2022-168); AND,
WHEREAS, on February 6, 2023 the City Council approved Amendment No. 1 to the
agreement; AND,
WHEREAS, the scope of services is amended to include additional services for water main
modifications, sanitary sewer modifications, traffic modifications, grading modifications, storm
sewer modifications, MidAmerican Easement, Construction Survey, and additional construction
administration; AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that
Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Foth
Infrastructure and Environment, LLC and the City of Waukee, Iowa [T Avenue Corridor
Improvements, W Hickman Road to NW Douglas Parkway] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 5th day of August,
2024.
